Tony founded Port Side Solutions in 2014, bringing with him over 22 years of experience in the recruitment and logistics industries. His extensive knowledge and leadership have been key to the company’s continued success, driven by his passion for taking the business to new heights.
Often described as a dedicated family man, Tony devotes much of his time to his four children and the family dogs.
Outside of work, his main passions include boxing, football, and skiing—along with the occasional round of golf.
Miles joined Port Side in May 2019 and brings over 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry. He plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring smooth operations and driving continued growth.
A proud father to Olive and Ted, and husband to Jasmine, Miles considers himself first and foremost a family man.
Before hanging up his boots, Miles enjoyed a 14-year semi-professional football career, representing Felixstowe & Walton and spending time in the Norwich and Colchester academies.
Now retired from football, he’s found new passions in both the gym and golf. As a member of Ufford Golf Club, he is aiming to reach single figures by the end of the year.
Joe has been with Port Side for three years and has become an integral part of the team. He works closely with drivers on a daily basis, ensuring our clients’ needs are consistently met with reliability and professionalism.
Looking to the future, Joe is eager to grow into a 360-recruiter role, building on his experience and expanding his skill set.
Over the past year, he’s enjoyed travelling to destinations such as Dubai, Amsterdam, and France. Now back home and settling down, he’s recently taken the exciting step of buying his first house.
A keen sportsman, Joe is passionate about skiing and boxing—his top picks when it comes to staying active.
Max is the newest addition to the Port Side team, joining us as a Resourcer. With a background in the fast-paced world of stock trading in London, he brings a sharp eye and strong teamwork skills to help find the right candidates for our clients.
Recently returned from a trip to Thailand with his mates, Max is a keen traveller and socialiser. He enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and friends—often over a swift half—and likes to start his day early with a gym session to get energised for the day ahead.
Tayla has been with Port Side for over a year, joining us from her previous role at Maritime. An integral part of the team, she manages all aspects of Payroll—from timesheets and costings to wages—with precision and dedication.
Outside of work, Tayla is a devoted mum to Esme and wife to Scott. A self-confessed shopaholic, she loves a trip to London to visit her favourite shops, usually topped off with a relaxing afternoon tea.
A self-declared foodie, Tayla enjoys eating out whenever she gets the chance and has a particular taste for a good glass of red wine.
